Our Teens program is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 year old athletes and non-athletes alike.
The workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and can be scaled for any participant at any level.
This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that participants need to do when they play sport, such as pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.
All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our fully qualified coaches.
Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
With workouts that can be scaled, our Teens classes can equally benefit teens who are less active or those who are more accomplished athletes by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver results and personal athletic progress.

Classes run on:
Tuesday afternoons from 4-5pm
Saturday mornings from 9-10am.
Our program follows the NSW public schools terms and includes 10 weeks of classes (NOTE: classes do not run during the school holidays). Our 2019 term dates are as follows (dates are inclusive):
Term 1 2019: Saturday 2 February to Tuesday 9 April 2019
Term 2 2019: Saturday 4 May to Tuesday 2 July 2019
Term 3 2019: Saturday 27 July to Tuesday 24 September 2019
Term 4 2019: Saturday 19 October to Tuesday 17 December 2019
Fees for Teens classes are charged by term and there are 2 options depending on the frequency of training.
1 class per week - $150 per term
2 classes per week - $280 per term
Fees are payable before the commencement of each term.
