By now, you have probably heard a lot about 'functional fitness'. The introduction of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)  into the world of fitness certainly lead a revolution in fitness training, but unfortunately for many, simply walking in the door of a 'Functional Fitness' gym can be intimidating.

 

We get it, but we’ve been doing this for over 8 years and have seen how this style of training transforms individuals.


We would welcome the opportunity to share our experience with you, hear about your fitness journey and show you how we can help get you on the path to greater fitness and health.

STEP 1

BOOK a FREE 1:1 Intro Session

No stress, no commitment, no charge. Come in and let us tell you about who we are and what we do, show you around the gym, answer your questions and make a plan to move you forward.

 

In our 30-minute session we’ll cover:

 

  • What training you are currently doing?

  • Where are your opportunities for improvement?

  • What are your goals?

  • What are your concerns?

  • And most importantly, how can we help?

STEP 2

FUNDAMENTALS SESSIONS

New-comers to functional fitness training start by participating in our 3 Fundamentals Sessions. We make a tremendous investment in each of our new members in an effort to establish a strong foundation and help you to be successful.

 

During these Fundamentals Sessions, you’ll learn proper form and technique for the foundational movements we use in training. We’ll introduce you to our style of workouts and help you get acquainted with the gym. This also provides us with time to get to know you and learn about your goals.

 

Upon completion of these sessions, you will move into group classes or, if needed, we can arrange some additional Personal Training. 

 

These Fundamentals Sessions give us the opportunity to get to know you - how you move, what your strengths are etc. - so we can better serve you in group classes.

 

No previous athletic experience is required to join the Fundamentals Sessions.

 

The cost for the 3 Fundamentals Sessions is $199 which is payable in full prior to commencement.

STEP 3

JOIN OUR CREW

Once you have completed the 3 Fundamentals Sessions, you will have the opportunity to attend classes with one of Brookvale's most tight-knit fitness communities.

 

Our class sizes are kept small and our coaching staff are up there with the best in the industry. The takeaway – the coaching and development does not stop after your Fundamentals Sessions are finished – it’s just getting started!

 

Once in group classes, you’ll see that every member has their own goals, struggles, abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Our coaches and members take pride in supporting every person’s fitness journey.

 

Remember what it felt like to be part of a team? There’s a tangible feeling of camaraderie, accountability and shared effort that invigorates and inspires us to push beyond what we can accomplish on our own.
